Being productive
Sep. 14th, 2018 04:30 pmSometimes I listen to Sha La La Ecstasy while writing Little Busters smut. I know, I am a very strange individual indeed. It's not so bad as background music honestly, it's quite relaxing to listen to, but it just doesn't really seem like appropriate sex music at all. Is sex music supposed to conjure up images of relaxing by a fireplace? Because I'm not sure it is.
I have actually been in the mood for writing lately, can you believe it? It's a honest to god miracle. I've been so dull and unproductive over the past few years, it really blows...
Managed to hammer out some Kyousuke x Riki oneshots for slash100 prompts, and I'll be doing my best to fill the rest of them out. Fu fu fu... aww yeah. I'm gonna write and post so much Kyouriki fanfiction on AO3! \O/ And I'm not gonna bother with a chaptered prompt fic either, I'll post them all individually just to be super obnoxious~ Meh, not my fault the tag is so quiet.
It's kinda sad how nobody else has been writing and posting Kyouriki. The last time anyone other than me posted a Kyouriki fic was two years ago. Can you believe it? Well, I'm not gonna let the pairing just die out, I will keep Kyouriki well and alive, so there! I love Kyouriki so much <3 I want to write lots and lots of Kyouriki and you better believe I'm going to.
I'm tired of being unproductive. It's time to return to being the productive fanfic author I was once was. Yosh!
I think giving up alcohol and caffeine has really helped. Yup, gave both of them up. Almost eight months off caffeine and six months off alcohol. I feel pretty darn good. I used to be so depressed or tired or just plain lethargic all the time and the moods in which I could write came so rarely... it just kinda tapered off... now I feel totally invigorated. I definitely feel like writing more often now. Feels pretty good to get fic written.
