Buying more figures

rincchiProxy Rabbit finally emailed me at about 11pm last night (I was already in bed by then... yes, I like going to bed early. >>) apologizing that the item was now sold out. Of course, I didn't reply with "Yes, because you were so damn slow, I used a different proxy instead." That wouldn't have been very nice.
I also used FromJapan to bid on an auction for the Kotobukiya Rin with the cat ears and "Fuka!" face. Got her for just 2,000 yen. Pretty good deal.
I must get all the Rin scales as cheaply as I possibly can! O/ Since shipping's so expensive.
I already own Beach Queens Rin, Nekobiyori Rin, Cospa Rin and Koto Rin are ordered, that just leaves Gemaga Rin. For Gemaga Rin, I currently have a plan involving Big in Japan and their forwarding service.
I'll get the Rin scale figures in one fell swoop and then never have to be concerned about insanely expensive shipping ever again. Or customs fees. Hopefully. Not until Na-Ga's artbook gets a retail release anyway. Or maybe even the announcement of a Kyousuke figure. I can dream. I don't expect to see new Rin scale figure releases in the future... still more likely than Kyousuke though. T_T
Nekobiyori Rin's the most likely to get stuck in customs. *gulps* If only Terraformer undervalued packages... well, all I can do is pray, I guess. She's worth it at least, and I'm getting her for an incredible price in the first place.
I hate shitty European customs though... £15 limit for non-gift packages is utter bullshit. £35 for gifts isn't great either.
When I'm done with this, it's back to saving up for Na-Ga artbook/Little Busters kickstarter/whatever other method Key dreams up to get my money. (Psst, Key, if it involves Kyousuke, I'll happily throw all my money at you... no, wait, I shouldn't say such things. D:)
