Little Busters finally came out on Steam on 1st November. Done Rin1, Mio, Komari and Kurugaya so far, now I'm taking a break before Haruka because i'm definitely pushing my hands and wrists to their limit. Even Little Busters is not worth worsening my RSI for. Time for a break. Getting a bit burned out now, I think... so a break is good.
I was thinking of actually writing for NaNoWriMo but, well. LOL. Playing LB took precedence so yeah. I even bought a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad since it's got the best keyboard laptops have to offer... and it hasn't seen much use yet. Oh well.
Can't imagine how anyone can bear reading a visual novel on a tablet. Finding the right position to use a tablet in is tricky, and tablets are pretty much an ergonomic nightmare. Using Windows in tablet mode is an exercise in frustration too. I was almost considering getting an expensive tablet but... meh. There's a reason I only touch my Windows tablet or iPad once in a blue moon. I would rather use a desktop or laptop.
Something like a gooseneck would be nice, but apparently they don't handle larger tablets well. And what if I want to do some writing?
Oh well, reading Little Busters on a desktop is just fine. With a nice big monitor too~
I've made saves for scenes such as Rin wanting to kill Masato on a summer day in Tokyo or the riverside photo scene so I can read them again whenever. It's a pity scenes change or can only be seen once really... well, it seems you can wipe your save data easily enough with the Steam version, no having to uninstall and reinstall...
Now then, I really should try to write something... I haven't added anything new to AO3 since like 2016. Damn, this is a pretty bad slump I'm in.
